Junior UX Researcher

We are seeking a Junior UX Researcher to drive player-centric research initiatives that shape the design and development ofour games. In this role, you will orchestrate end-to-end research processes—from planning to post-launch analysis—ensuring insights to drive intuitive and engaging player experiences

Responsibilities:

  • Research Planning: Plan research sessions together with the UXR team, matching goals to project needs and the production roadmap.
  • Test Preparation: Help design comprehensive scenarios and tools for qualitative studies. Check build stability before sessions and support playtester recruitment.
  • Logistics Coordination: Help organize end-to-end playtest operations while maintaining compliance with research goals.
  • Data Gathering: Conduct real-time behavioral observations and assist in player interviews (IDI) to identify UX patterns and
    hypotheses.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Translate qualitative feedback into actionable insights and deliver reports to design/dev teams

What You need:

  • Education in Psychology, Sociology, HCI, or a related field.
  • Proven skills in qualitative research (in-depth interviews,
    behavioral pattern detection)
  • A collaborative mindset: comfortable working closely with
    designers, developers, and producers.
  • Problem-Solving: able to spot issues and think about practical
    options within technical limits.
  • Passion for Games and an understanding of how players think and behave.
  • Interest in game development and UI/UX design.
  • Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)
  • Intermediate Polish ( min.B2 level)

Pluses:
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine.
- Experience in Game UX Research.
- Certification in UX Research
